She loves to improvise and explore ways to connect through movement and play. In the practice of Contact Improvisation, she finds everything that she loves and helps her to flow better in the present - not only in dance but also in life. It's a constant game between learning to hold, deliver, drop, load, fly, and... have fun!
Elise will be joining as a volunteer, she is a nurse and 200- Hour Vinyasa Teacher. She will be holding space for those who need support along this journey and also deepen her own practice. She will share some knowledge and immerse your bodies with an ecstatic dance class based on the elements.
Her path in yoga began seven years ago. In this process, she has come to understand yoga as a deep, constant experience that integrates the care of life in all of its dimensions. Juliana has trained with various teachers of different styles. Since three years ago, she has shared yoga practices for children and Hatha Radja Yoga. She bases her technique on movement and contemplation, to go through quiet spaces that invite you to transmute and transcend. She is currently exploring voice and energy activation through sound.
