200hs Multi-Style YTTC Vilcabamba

This training takes place in the Sacred Valley of Vilcabamba, which name is derived from the Kichwa language.

Vilcabamba is a small, picturesque town also known as the “Valley of Longevity.” Located about 45 kilometers from the city of Loja, Ecuador, this enchanting valley is renowned for its stunning landscapes, vibrant ecosystems, and the long, healthy lives of its inhabitants.

Surrounded by majestic mountains and blessed with four rivers, Vilcabamba is a sanctuary for those seeking a deep connection with nature and healing energy.

It has been proven that the life span is superior to that of the rest of the world, with many of its inhabitants surpassing one hundred years of age. This is attributed to the low indexes of diseases, the stability of the climate, the temperature, and the water with special properties.

Their rivers are loaded with minerals that are said to prolong life. So much so that in the village there is a gerontological organization trying to discover the secrets of the eternal youth of this valley.

This transformational adventure is open to all sentient beings without age limits or previous experience requirements.

It’s happening – are you ready to be a part of it?

Our time together on this adventure is an opportunity to expand and thrive together and to remember what is essential in life. Not only to find tranquility and happiness, but we will raise the well-being of our homes, bodies, and planet!

Our training follows a lineage of secular spirituality, free of dogmas, to spread and teach Yoga to achieve health and explore other human dimensions aimed at self-improvement.

We are part of Latin America's most extensive Yoga instructors and practitioners network. Our Training is a specialty of the RA Yoga Integral® curriculum and gives access to the 200 diploma endorsed by Yoga Alliance USA.

PROGRAM

We start every day with yogic practices and a delicious breakfast at the lodge and end it with intuitive movement, meditation, or a relaxing Yin Yoga practice.
