This holistic Multi-Region experience of Yoga comes in a retreat format. What makes this course extra special is the deep immersion in nature and the vital energy of three of the most beautiful places in the world:: The Amazon, the Galapagos Islands, and the Andes in Ecuador.
This transformational adventure is open to all sentient beings without age limits or previous experience requirements.
It’s happening – are you ready to be a part of it?
Our time together on this adventure is an opportunity to expand and thrive together and to remember what is essential in life. Not only will you find tranquility and happiness, but we will raise the well-being of our homes, bodies, and planet!
Vinyasa Radja Yoga School follows a lineage of secular spirituality, free of dogmas, to spread and teach Yoga to achieve health and explore other human dimensions aimed at self-improvement.
Our School is part of Latin America's most extensive Yoga instructors and practitioners network. Our Training is a specialty of the RA Yoga Integral® curriculum and gives access to the 200, 300, or 500 hours of the higher diploma endorsed by Yoga Alliance USA.
We start every day with yogic practices and a delicious breakfast at the lodge and end it with intuitive movement, meditation, or a relaxing Yin Yoga practice. In between, we will have enough time to go on adventures, connect with each other at the workshops, and enjoy nature.
It would be best if you took the earliest flight possible on the first retreat day or, ideally, arrived one day before since the transportation from Quito to Tena takes about 3 hrs.
Drop off at Quito´s Airport will be around 5 PM on the last retreat day, so make sure you have a flight booked at least 2 hours later than that.
After a month in Ecuador, you might not want to leave. It's okay, and you don't have to! We can help you arrange to stay longer or visit other enchanted locations before or after the retreat.

The viewpoint of the bay, where we will spend most of our training, is a privileged location outside of busy Puerto Ayora Town.
These three bio-regions are among the most exotic and bio-diverse locations on earth.
1. AMAZON IMMERSION takes place in Tena, Ecuador.
The Lodge has 25 acres of forest and an ecological farm. We are visited daily by parrots, monkeys and hummingbirds, and other wild native animals and birds.
It is located within Los Llanganates National Park. Surrounded by virgin jungles, waterfalls, and rivers – the largest being the Jatun Yaku River.
2. GALAPAGOS IMMERSION takes place in Santa Cruz - Galapagos Islands, Ecuador
You will initially arrive on the desolate island of Baltra, where only iguanas, cacti, the military base, and the airport live. You might use every possible and impossible vehicle that day...After the plane, bus, ferry, pick-up truck, and speedboat, you will arrive at Yoga Bay, our home.
It enjoys a peaceful and magical waterfront location in Punta Estrada, a privileged natural area outside of busy Puerto Rico Ayora Town.
So let's Kayak/Paddleboard around the Bay, do breathwork yoga, and snorkel. We have direct access from our private dock. Yoga Bay is located 5 min a walk from "Playa de Alemanes" and "Las Grietas," one of the most charming places in the Galapagos Islands.
3. ANDES IMMERSION takes place in the Province of Chimborazo, Ecuador.
Chimborazo volcano is worldwide known for being the closest spot to the Sun, located in the south-central part of the country, in the geographical area known as the inter-Andean region or "Sierra".
Our Country Lodge is the perfect place to experience regenerative practices. It is dedicated to employing natural resources, organic cultivation, relaxation and meditation, and direct encounters with nature.
